In July of 2008 the Kingdom of Bhutan ( ratified its first constitution, and upublic is honored to be assisting the Royal Government with its work to advance education reforms that both preserve Bhutan's rich cultural heritage and provide the means for new generations of learners to thrive in a global community.


upublic is a friend of upublic Education Fund, an independent non-profit with a mandate to provide a better mechanism for philanthropy to connect with educationally viable, fiscally responsible, community-based educational initiatives that meet the real needs of underserved learning populations.


upublic and EduChina Group ( have been strategic partners since signing an MOU in 2007 to collaborate on a number of entrepreneurial education projects. Both organizations share a strong commitment to co-advancing initiatives that bring U.S. and Chinese students and teachers closer together through meaningful exchange.
